About This Event
Our weekly locals are the heartbeat of East Blue Events — a low-stakes, high-fun way to test your deck, earn leaderboard points, and hang out with the local One Piece TCG crew. Doors open 30 minutes before start for deck checks and casual games.
📌 Registration, payment, and pairings are handled entirely through Best Coast Pairings. Click "Register on Best Coast Pairings" in the sidebar to reserve your seat — walk-ins are welcome if the cap hasn't been reached, but pre-registering guarantees your spot.
Format & Rules
- Format: Standard (current banned/restricted list applies)
- Match structure: Best of 3, Swiss rounds based on final attendance
- Round timer: 45 minutes per round
- Deck lists are not required for locals, but decks must be legal and sleeved
- Latest official One Piece Card Game tournament rules and penalty guidelines apply
Schedule
- 6:30 PM — Doors open, check-in on Best Coast Pairings
- 7:00 PM — Round 1 pairings posted
- ~9:30 PM — Final round wraps, standings finalized
- 9:45 PM — Prizes distributed
Prizes

Leaderboard points accumulate across the season and factor into invites for our end-of-season Regional Qualifier.
Important Information
- Cancellations: Refunds available via Best Coast Pairings up to 2 hours before the event start.
- Eligibility: Open to all ages. Players under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Proxies: Not permitted — all cards must be official or officially reprinted product.
